    • What payment methods are accepted by the property?

      For a seamless transaction, cash and cheque will no longer be accepted at all our hotels and serviced residences in Singapore.

      Accepted payment methods differ depending on the country, the property and the rates reserved. To find out if your payment method will be accepted by the property, please contact the property directly.

    • What is the check-in and check-out policy of your serviced residence?

      Check-in: 2:00 PM, Checkout: 12:00 PM

    • What are the check-in requirements for guests?

      In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
    • Are pets allowed?

      Pets are allowed in selected apartments at our Serviced Residence, levied at SGD 30 per day or SGD 500 per month, subject to prevailing government taxes.

    • Do I need to pay a deposit for the residence during my stay?

      A deposit is generally not required for stays less than three months at our Serviced Residences. If the stay is between three months and one year, we will be collecting a one-month deposit. If the stay is more than one year, we will be collecting a two-month deposit.

    • Do you have a washer and dryer?

      In-room washer and dryer are available in selected apartments. A self-launderette is also available for your usage located on Level 1. For more information, you may check with our reservation agents or check the Serviced Residences page under room amenities and facilities.

      Laundry services are available daily at a charge, except on Sunday and Public Holidays.

      Dry-cleaning and other laundry services are available, you may check with our front desk for more information.

    • Do you provide airport transfers?

      Airport transfer to and from our serviced residences can be arranged at a charge of SGD 100 per transfer, subject to prevailing government taxes.

    • How many occupants are permitted in each residence?

      Guest’s request for extra beds during their stay is subject to availability and apartment type. You can make a request 3 days in advance through the Reservations Teams or Front Office Team with a surcharge of SGD 60 per night/ SGD 850 per month, subject to prevailing government taxes.

    • Is there luggage-storing facility?

      Storage of luggage is unavailable at our Serviced Residences.

    • What is the housekeeping schedule of the residences?

      Daily Housekeeping (except Sunday and Public Holidays).

    • What is the nearest train station?

      The nearest train station is Holland Village MRT (3-min walk).
